Fire protection system (Southern Africa)
The project entailed the design, installation and commissioning of an automated fire protection system for the transformer bays, sub-stations and cable rooms for a diamond mine and minerals processing facility. The installations comprised fully automated monitoring, sensing, activation and deluge systems.
Minerals processing facility (Eastern Europe)
The project was the establishment of a metal recovery plant and fine-particle separation line to process a shore-line ferrochrome slag dump source. The project took approximately 12 months to conclude including the commissioning and ramp-up of the facility. Services included design review, project –, construction -, and operations management.
